The well-known foundry heatbeater is made of a modified glass fabric with an aluminised cuff and Kevlar felt lining. It protects wearers against the most intense and extreme heat hazards. It also gives cut protection level F. The aluminised material protects against radiant heat and molten metal splash, and the Kevlar felt lining provides the wearer with exceptional comfort.

  • Contact Temperature: 500ºC for 27 seconds
  • Achieves cut level F according to EN388

  • The Kevlar® felt lining provides the wearer with exceptional comfort

  • Achieves Level 3 for abrasion resistance
