This waist mounted power unit from the CleanAIR PAPR system is the most advanced and versatile unit in the range.
With a high chemical resistance and IP64-IP68 ingress protection, the thought-out design with a smooth surface allows easy decontamination by shower or even full immersion. The unique automatic closing system prevents unwanted contamination while the filters are being changed. The smart Flow Control system maintains the airflow at a constant level regardless of filter clogging or battery charge. An audiovisual alarm indicates when the battery charge or airflow is low, or filter replacement is required. Airflow is adjustable from 120 up to 235 lpm, and with an optional heavy duty battery doubling the runtime (~8-16~)this can be sustained during longer shifts no matter the type of filter. Two button operation with colour screen.
Comes complete with a decontaminatable PVC belt, a standard battery and UK charger, P3 particle filters, and flow test meter.
An advanced, durable, PAPR respirator, one of the most versatile on the market. Giving the top level of respiratory protection – TH3 – this unit can be used to protect against hazardous particles. Oh – and no face fit tests are required, so it can be worn by users with facial hair.
